Summary:
ProGen Search is seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturing and Operations for a rapidly growing CDMO specializing in biologics manufacturing. This role will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing and operations teams to meet production and quality goals.
- Oversee capacity planning, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and other regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business development and R&D teams to align operational capabilities with client needs.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations within a CDMO or biotech company.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and manufacturing processes for biologics.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Proven ability to scale manufacturing operations.
