Summary:
ProGen Search is partnering with a leading CRO specializing in bioanalytical and biomarker services. This position focuses on method development and validation of bioanalytical assays, providing expertise in ADA, PK, Biomarker, and Nab assays while leading projects and mentoring junior staff.
The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge drug development and collaborate with pharmaceutical clients to support preclinical and clinical studies, delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and validate bioanalytical assays, including ADA, PK, Biomarker, and Nab.
- Proficiently utilize immunoassay platforms such as ELISA, MSD, and Luminex.
- Design complex experiments and evaluate outcomes against regulatory guidelines and industry practices.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and actively manage assay lifecycle processes.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior staff.
- Act as a technical expert in process design and client problem-solving.
- Interact with clients and auditors as required, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR
- Master’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of GLP/GCP and ligand-binding assay development.
- Expertise in Watson LIMS is preferred, with additional cell-based assay experience as a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and technical writing skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, with an ability to mentor and train staff.
