Summary:

ProGen Search is partnering with a leading CRO specializing in bioanalytical and biomarker services. This position focuses on providing scientific expertise in quantitating proteins and anti-drug antibodies through advanced technologies, including ligand binding assays (LBA), liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LCMS), and flow cytometry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to early drug discovery, preclinical toxicology, and clinical studies in a collaborative and innovative environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing client projects by delivering high-quality bioanalytical services while mentoring research staff and driving the adoption of cutting-edge techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical expert, independently directing and executing bioanalytical validations and studies.
  • Oversee laboratory activities, mentoring research staff in protocol interpretation, method development, and troubleshooting.
  • Design, conduct, and interpret complex experiments for validation and bioanalysis.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and integrate subcontractor data into final documentation.
  • Provide scientific and technical leadership to resolve analytical challenges and evaluate new technologies.
  • Supervise and mentor departmental staff, ensuring scientific accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company at scientific conferences and present research as needed.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation standards for all study-related activities.
  • Communicate effectively with sponsors, offering expertise in study design and execution.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience in contract research, academic, or pharmaceutical industries, with expertise in bioanalytical validations and bioanalysis.
  • Proficiency in immunoassay platforms (ELISA, MSD, Luminex) and method development.
  • Strong understanding of GLPs, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and advanced lab techniques.
