Summary:
ProGen Search is partnering with a global CRO to identify a Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. This role will drive revenue growth by fostering high-impact collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy for building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with operational capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage high-level stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within a CRO or biotech setting.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
